Causes of Male Infertility

Male Infertility

Manly gravidity has numerous causes – from hormonal imbalances to physical problems, to cerebral and/ or behavioral problems. Also, fertility reflects a man’s “ overall” health. Men who live a healthy life are more likely to produce healthy sperm. The ensuing list highlights some life choices that negatively impact manly fertility – it isn’t all-inclusive:
1) Smoking – significantly decreases both sperm count and sperm cell motility.
2) Dragged use of marijuana and other recreational medicines.
3) Habitual alcohol abuse.
4) Anabolic steroid use – causes testicular loss and gravidity.
5) Exorbitantly violent exercise – produces high situations of adrenal steroid hormones which beget testosterone insufficiency performing in gravidity.

6) Shy vitamin C and Zinc in the diet.
7) Tight undergarments – increases the scrotal temperature which results in dropped sperm product.
8) Exposure to environmental hazards and poisons similar to fungicides, lead, makeup, radiation, radioactive substances, mercury, benzene, boron, and heavy essence.
9) Malnutrition and anemia.
10) Inordinate stress!
Modifying these actions can ameliorate a man’s fertility and should be considered when a couple is trying to achieve gestation.
