Manly gravidity has numerous causes – from hormonal imbalances to physical problems, to cerebral and/ or behavioral problems. Also, fertility reflects a man’s “ overall” health. Men who live a healthy life are more likely to produce healthy sperm. The ensuing list highlights some life choices that negatively impact manly fertility – it isn’t all-inclusive:

4) Anabolic steroid use – causes testicular loss and gravidity.
5) Exorbitantly violent exercise – produces high situations of adrenal steroid hormones which beget testosterone insufficiency performing in gravidity.

7) Tight undergarments – increases the scrotal temperature which results in dropped sperm product.
8) Exposure to environmental hazards and poisons similar to fungicides, lead, makeup, radiation, radioactive substances, mercury, benzene, boron, and heavy essence.
