It’s the admixture of manly genital concealment exclaimed at the end of sexual exertion. Semen product generally starts at the age of 13-14 in men. Typically, 2-3 ml volume of semen is exclaimed at the time of orgasm. Each interjection carries 200 – 300 million sperms i.e., nearly 70-100 million per ml. There will be variations in the volume of semen and sperm count depending upon the frequency of the coitus and internal and external factors. Currently, widely, sperm count has dropped due to unknown reasons. The volume of semen will be more in low-temperature conditions and in utmost agitated conditions after lower frequent coitus. Exclaimed semen soon gets clotted and gets thawed in 10 – 30 twinkles to prop movement of sperm to hunt and fertilize the ovum.

Semen is a rich source of calcium, phosphorus, lecithin, cholesterol, nucleoproteins, iron, vitamin E, sodium, magnesium, etc. So, inordinate loss of semen will deprive our body of calcium, phosphorus, lecithin, etc. Experimenters find numerous parallels between cerebrospinal fluid (which nourishes the brain and nervous system) and semen in ingredients/ composition. Also, the process of interjection is simply compared with storms ( nervous shuddering), since during interjection, the body pulls, the neck retracts & the muscle contracts violently. This process is followed by great prostration and complete relaxation of the muscles as in storms. So, wasting of semen from inordinate sexual exertion or masturbation may reflect in the composition of cerebrospinal fluid with aliment of brain and jitters and can also beget neuralgic complaints.
Semen is a collection of concealment from seminiferous tubules, seminal vesicles, prostate, and bulbourethral glands. Semen gets
1) Sperm from seminiferous tubules
2) Alkaline bulk volume to disperse sperm from seminal vesicles and prostate gland.
3) Fructose, ascorbic acids, fibrinogen, prostaglandins, etc., from seminal vesicles to nourish the sperms till they reach the ovum
.4) Calcium, citrate, acid phosphatase, cholesterol, phospholipids, etc., from prostate concealment to favorable circumstances for fertilization
.5) Characteristic odor from prostate concealment
6) Slicking mucous fluids from bulbourethral glands.
